Lightening damage with water hexes
How much is the dmg increase when you hex a foe with water, then strike them with lightening? I read there was an increase but I dont recall how much. Also, does this apply to say, shocking bow string used on a foe suffering from deep freeze?

As far as i know there is no bonus dmg while using lightning dmg against a foe who is under a water hex. There is one spell that does give a dmg bonus under these conditions (i forget the name of it). but in general there is no bonus dmg.

Those guys at Prima lied!! In the strategy guide it states something along the lines of what I asked about. That sucks if its not true. Would make sense though for there to be a dmg bonus on a water hexed foe if you hit him with lightening.

Strategy guides for MMORGPs are always dated. Only things they are good for are maps and such, assuming they're accurate.

Yeah.. you're interested in lightning touch, so if you're willing to get up close and personal..
Not the best idea in the end (taking both these lines for one combo) At least they beefed up the (base) dmg of this recently so I finally decided to get it to finish off having all my ele spells |
